Not repairable!

I've a almost-new group of Douglas Efficiency wheels on my Montero. My spouse acquired a nail within the 2nd strip of treads required it wal mart to repair it the support author stated not a problem we are able to repair this, nicely 11/2 hrs later they say sorry the tire must be changed the nail was also near to the aspect that their FRESH plan claims that they'll not resolve this one. If this really is theier NEW tire repair plan by themselves tires (DOUGLAS WHEELS OWNED BY WALMART) perhaps they ought to not promote tires!
