CMS Complete Movers, Moving rip off, low estimate, load your things, present a bill for more then double

I was quoted an hourly rate fo $40 per, 1 hour travel & 2 hours minimum work.

They loaded all my things into the truck, and gave me a bill for $377. After two hours of physically blocking the truck & negotiating, I paid them $250 to finish the job.
