I purchased a decanter from Giftsforprofessionals.com an engraved glass decanter with the Marine Corps eblem. They sent a plain glass decanter.initially they said I got what I paid for. It took several emails and phone calls before they finally admitted they sent the wrong one. They offered me 1/2 off $45.00 to keep the wrong one they sent. The plain glass decanter cost was around $24.00 — so it was not a great deal. I wanted the engraved one for my husband's 50th birthday. Then after more than a week they promised my decanter was on the machine being engraved and they would ship it out with a return label for the wrong one. After another week — no decanter. I emailed again and tried to call. They do not answer their customer service line. Then they said they refunded my AMEX card.initially they had not and it was not until I challenged the charge with AMEX they reimubiursed me $45.00 but not the $11.00 in shipping I was charged. When I emailed them with the question "Am I going to get the decanter I orddered?" I received a one word email unsigned — it said "NO" = Avoid this company they have rude, horrible, and dishonest customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have finally received a partial refund but now I have to return the decanter with good faith they will refund the original shipping.
