Stoneham Massachusetts Post Office
Gave me false information on insuring a glass shipment costing me money

I am reporting a rip off, or what I call ' rip off' at the Stoneham Massachusetts Post Office, or complete 'stupidity' on behalf of the management and counter help at this Stoneham, Massachusetts Post Office. I have an Ebay Business I just started a few months ago. I brought a very well wrapped package and well padded and taped as well containing a crystal decanter for shipment.

I went to the counter and saw this guy, Barry. I asked Barry to insure this for $ 50.00 in case it breaks. He said.."Frank. The United States does not insure GLASS AT ALL!".."too risky".. He was holding the package on the scale... I must tell you that BARRY DID NOT SAY " This is not wrapped well". (that's important for later).. He just said "Can't do it"."Not allowed".. O.K.

So I ship it Priority mail... I went to the Woburn Regional post office for something, not far from Stoneham. And I complained there about the Post Office not being able to "insure' glass... They were 'shocked"!!!"What are you talking about Frank? Of course we insure glass!!!"...$ 1.10 per $ 50.00... I didn't what to say, or do. I could not even move I was so Pissed!!! I went back to the Post office in Stoneham to see BARRY... I explained to him what I HEARD AT WOBURN. He STILL SAID NO!!! He said: "Nope, we don't insure glass"...!!!

I said to him show me the REGULATION that is IN YOUR HEAD BARRY! He pulls out S913 ABOUT INSURED MAIL AND WHAT CANNOT BE INSURED... A section that says: " Any package which cannot be safely transported through the mails" or words to that affect!

BARRY STILL BELIEVES THAT MEANS GLASS!!! I complained to Boston Headquarters who advised me "We insure glass"... I thought "GOOD, I HAVE BARRY NOW!" I get a call from the Stoneham Post Office from a guy named DENUCCI... Some sort of quasi manager or something... He BACKS BARRY UP!!!

"No, we don't insure glass... Barry's right"...!!! Now, I am really pissed... Really pissed!!! Why is this STONEHAM POST OFFICE OPEN ANYWAY???

I am thinking court case now... So (the story gets better here).. Sit down!!! So i call back the complaint center in boston, mass. At dorchester avenue. And talk to this ms. Zirpulla or name like that... Who now says - "oh, frank - the reason they did not insure your package... Was that barry said..."your package was not wrapped properly!!!"

Folks... Fellow americans... This is public fraud... Lies on behalf of barry, the management of the stoneham post office... And maybe ms. Ziprulla at customer relations..

I have shipped 127 packages on ebay... If you know about

Have 127 positive feedbacks... No complaints at all on

Packaging or safety

In getting there... I have had one other breakage which

Was insured by another post office and was paid!!!

Now barry, mrs. Zirpulla, and denucci, have changed their

Story to reflect that they never said 'we do not insure

Glass'.. Now... Because they are trying to 'wriggle' out

Of trouble. They put it on me... I want action against

The stoneham mass. Post ofifce... I am offering to go on

Any t.V. Show... Or take any lie detector test there

Is... I want barry and denucci, and ms. Ziprulla or

Whatever her name is... Either retired, or fired... Or

Placed out of public harm... Any questions... Please
