Inmate Calling Solutions is a company that charges the family members of inmates big bucks to take collect calls. Now the calls are prepaid though. This company wants $50 for me to talk to a friend in jail. My friend had an overdue unpaid parking ticket that resulted in a suspended license and he unknowingly drove on a suspended and got put on probation and violated it because he doesn't have the money to pay the probation. Thats right he's not a drugee or a criminal he just didn't pay a parking ticket because he's a extremely impoverished diabetic. Through some loophole he is now in jail. I can't talk to him unless i pre pay a $50 fee minimum. Anything lower than that and you get $5.95 processing fee. Well the problem is this. I call up the company and they tell me that these are the costs. They are rude. The first guy was yelling on the phone at me saying he couldn't hear me and then the manager when I tried to get the fee waved made a comment about my friend being a criminal and that he should have paid his parking ticket.

My friend is a diabetic who doesn't have enough money to buy insulin and he lives out of his car most of the time because his diabetes is so bad he can't get a job. Anyway my complaint is that Joezette the manager, said she doesn't care about my story she said you
