Parking enforcement
Gave me a ticket for no registration when reg was valid and visible. They sent letters to wrong person and address since the ticket has tripled and they wont let me contest it

I had a temporary registration pass on the back window of my car

When ireturned to my car there was a parking ticket on it

I did not violate any parking regulations

The ticket was for no registration... Which i clearly had

The car was registered to my friend at the time

As soon as i saw the ticket i immediately called the ladot to contest

They took my information and told me to wait for something in the mail

I waited nothin ever came

My friend whom which the car was registered got a letter statin that the price of the ticket was going to rise

I immediately called ladot again and spoke with a manager

The manager said she would restart the time over so that the ticket wouldnt double

And to wait for the waiver application again so i could contest the ticket without having to pay 1st

When i recieved the app i filled it out and sent it back

Still noresponse

I called back n they said they recieved my app and the pictures of the registration but i cant use either of them because its passed the time to contest the ticket and if i dodnt pay i couldnt use the evidence

When i call now they leave me on hold for 30mins plus trying to get me to hang up

They are rude and hang up in my face

They will not point you in the right direction but instead get an enjoyment out of giving you the run around.
