Vendor Eqipment Inc. Delilvered non-working Vending Machine

I was delivered a vending machine that was supposed to be refurbished. However it looked like no work whatsoever had been done to it. The owner told me that they had already started working on it but it the machine looked as if no work had been done to it at all. It had cob webs and did not work after it was turned on. It would take a $1 bill and the display said that it had $4 in it. And it would not vend anything. Plus the display was very hard to read. The discoloration on the part made it obvious that nothing had been refurbished or replaced from the original machine. It was junk — non-working junk. No wonder they have a 30 day warranty for parts only.
