The customer service associates were rude, hostile and mean

I visited the Sears on Top Street within the Kansas City City region. The client support affiliates were rude, aggressive, mean and declined market in my experience. The old-man that assisted me really explained to-go elsewhere to buy what I required, understanding or thinking I'd to buy what I needed there. I discovered myself speaking with him as though I were the sales affiliate and appologizing for actually intruding on his evening. I'm 53 as well as in my entire life moment I've never been thus abused with a sales affiliate. Yes his steps and speach was misuse.

A few times latter I visited Lowes to find the merchandise. The affiliates at Lowes speacial requested the merchandise. Since that time I've had discussions with others and found they'd experiance simular misuse.
