They are not even trying to get my business and they wont any more

I recently got fed up with homedepot insufficient customer support and so I visited lowes my first purchase was a bbq to become constructed for get 24 hours later. After I visited choose it-up they left a container before me. And so I sait it had been said to be assembled they claimed sorry we shall contain it for you tomorrow morning nicely i named it had been not completed i described your day before that I'd to become some where and required it to get a celebration on sunday which was the only real moment I'd be house nicely they guaranteed it'd be shipped free the following day by 7am nicely 8am i named the shop they stated there is virtually no time about the shipping hit three the supervisor visited discover if it had been completed he explained it had been but there ws a large reduction within the entrance of it. Who believes its okay to provide a broken item. They're not really looking to get my company plus they wont anymore.
