Dishonest Kept Money, DIDNT SEND ITEMS

I am a very frequenty shopper of this site. I would consider myself to be a satisfied customer. But this last time i ordered, i experience a problem. The company was trying to offer me things at a cheaper price than normal. I thought maybe because i order so much.

Well this particular time i ordered and i received a tracking number to someone elses package. I didnt realize it until the package was delivered in another state. So i contacted the company about my issue and they kept telling me that they sent my goods. So i repeatly ask about the tracking number and he said it was the right one. So it got to the point that they had stop respponsing to my request.

I also hava another supplier from the same area. I ask him to contact the other company and he did. Only to find out that he had not sent it and instead kept my money. And i keep trying to get in contact with them but no luck.
