My daughter placed an order on their website on Dec 22nd. She paid an extra $28.14 for 2 day air shipping. They shipped the package so it will arrive on December 28th, not in time for Christmas. There was nothing during the checkout process that indicated she would not receive the package in time, at least by the 26th (you would think, at the very latest). When I called to find out about the mistake, the owner Jeff yelled at me and said it was my fault.

His customer service was the worst I have experienced.in this economy, he should be thankful for customers, not yelling at them.

Please don't order from them. Http://www.legendsareforever.com is the website. Avoid at all costs. They aren't a reputable company.

The checkout process should have given more info about shipping. Other websites that had this same product would have gotten the gift here on time.

I am very disappointed with this company.
