I bought money for a game (flyff) and they didnt give it to me. I ask for refund and they refused me my money back

I payed cash for money on an online MMO game (Flyff) and I havent received anything after a few days. The website promises your money back (you can see it at the bottom of there website) I repeatedly ask for a refund but they said (we can't refund the money)
