Here is my pay, where is my service?

This is an online game service website. I bought powerleveling for one of my online game yesterday night and started to wait for them. I waited like 2 hours and i just though it can be cause i bought powerleveling from another website too for my another online game. Whatever i tried to contact with them from msn and mail but i never get any answer from them.

I send mail to all of their mail adresses but no answer. They wrote their website they are gonna start in 10 mins. But right now it is 24 hours! And still didn't get any service or answer from them. I send mail to them for refund my money but still no answer... So... I haven't got any services from them and i paid money. They have to refund my money back..!
