I purchase online game from big fish games, with a promise from them to give a full refund within 30 days if not satisfied with the game for any reason, i contacted them to get this refund but they are refusing to refund my money back. They won't even give me a name or phone to call them and emails that i have received from them regarding this matter has been very rude
