I received a telephone call from Terance Isom of Celebrity Timeshare Resales. He explained that they were a resale timeshare company that sells timeshares for less than the listed selling price at the resort (s). There was a nominal charge of $49.00 for each listing, which is refundable at any time, or returned at the time of the sale. I listed five timeshares that I own with Terrance because I kept getting emails that this company was only take 50 people on a list, for each timeshare, and then the listings would be closed (in other words, if you don't list your timeshares now, the probability is that you would not be able to get on their list for resale, as all the timeshares listed first had to be sold before they would take new listings).

I did receive confirmations for these listings by email dated Fri. Nov 20 - the first listing: Order ID: BB42 terrence isome, Refundable listing; Order Description: deposit Resale 49.00; VTUser Name: AW1769999; Autorization #: 076509; Amount: $49.00 and the second listings as follows: Dated 12/01; Time: 22:27: 58; Entry Source: Manual; Order ID: BB41 BR32 terence isom; Order Description: R3fundable listing, deposit Resale $49.00 x 4; VT User Name: AW1769999; Authorization #027053; Amount: 196.00

I was glad to have such a service as most resale companies charge an upfront charge for taking listing with no guarantee that the unit would be sold. When I tried to contact Terence Isom at the number given (1-800-403-71170) at about the end of March or beginning of April, there was no such company and no such person. I was told, at this number, that she was selling for Windham getaways to Mexico.
