Both Companies above, listed on the internet, and telephone soliciting request money for the services of Selling a Timeshare it has been over a year and we have heard nothing. Florida

We feel that the Time Share Companies that promise to Sell your Timeshares are a rip-off. They ask for money up front and then do very little.

The Buy & Sell Timeshares.com does show
a picture of the place but we are the only people who know the number to look it up. We have friends who are also trying to Sell a Timeshare and they are having the same problems.

Florida has extremely high pressure Salesmen getting you to buy a new Timeshare but they don't buy them back, and we found out too late no one wants to buy a second hand Timeshare.

It is a rip off from the word go and it is not a small amount of money ($20,000) we are discussing.

I would warn anyone DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE if you expect to get anything back as resale.
