TimeShareMLS.org Is Associated With TimeShareFSBO.com
And both are scams

Just wanted to warn everyone that timesharemls.org is owned by the same guy that wons timesharefsbo.com and they both are operated the same way&get high upfront listings and producing no results. The wife of the owner also owns a centurt21 real estate office so they have brokered a few timeshare resales so they can stay above the law just a bit.

However, if you look at the total # of listings on their sites which is around 15,000 at least and then see the handful of resales they produce then you can assume they are in it to get listing money and not to resale timeshares.

I very briefly was in a business relationship with this company but got out of it in short order after seeing firsthand their unethical practices. Hope this helps anyone out there looking to sale their timeshares. Please stay away from timesharefsbo and timesharemls and for that matter any upfront fee listing agency.
