Resort Interval Interchange ripoff Timeshare Listing Fee collected and NOTHING done. Gave unrealistic advice about sales price

Listed Timeshare for sale. Paid US$ 499 for listing, plus the lesser of $ 850 or 10% of the sale price if they sold it.

Gave us a totally unrealistic resale price to list it at (advised us to list it for the price we paid which, I now know is nonsense). Resales go for 25-50% of the original sale price.

I lost 2 years of maintenance fees and interest on loan while waiting for them. NO contact ever received.

Finally found out the truth from the Timeshare Users Group (TUG)
