I ordered their product—I received an empty package - correspondence very unprofessional-feel ripped off

Ordered their product on line, paid them, and was told I would receive it within 7-10 days. Came in 11 days, package was empty and contacted them about this. Requested a refund and was told they couldn't find my order and needed more info. Sent them the info again, and was still hassled—threatened to report them and they finally found my information and promised to refund my money. (also sent them a copy of the envelop with the USPS official stamp showing no content). It has now been 4 days and still no credit back on my charge card. I believe this is a scam from the type of correspondence I had with them. Very unprofessional and the wording says they are not for real.
