I am out $90.83. I returned 2 products october. The purchase was made Sept. First the customer service dept claimed they did not receive the package. I was then told they found the package. Then it was that I could not receive a refund because the product was mostly empty. I disputed this. Then she said they were entirely empty. This was completely false. She said she would mail me back the package so that I could see for myself. It never happened. Then I kept calling only to be told every time that they don't know what I am talking about and that now we're past the 60 days. Then I was told that no one can see that a refund was ever requested. Then I am told that they just flat out don't know what I'm talking about. This is incompetent customer service. They have kept my money and hope I will go away but I will pursue this as they are thinking I will stop and give up. I am asking for my refund!
