No package just excuses and empty promises.internet

I came across this website that seemed to have exactly what I was looking for and deliver in a reasonable amount of time. I placed my order on July 3, waited the maximum days for delivery, the package never came.
I contacted the customer service dept., email live-chat, and was told that they would investigate the matter and promised me another shipment that would be delivered within 21 days, same as first package.

Two weeks later I receive a package from Spain that contained what I had ordered, at least it looked like my tablets. I took a tablet and waited for it to kick in. Nothing happened! Fakes!

I contacted VerityPharma to let them know that I had received my order, but it was Fake and that I was concerned as to what I had ingested. They did not even address the issue about the quality of the tablets, just that they were certain that my second order was still on the way and that I would be very satisfied with this second order.

I waited the delivery time plus an extra week that was given to me on the second order. I contacted customer service to let them know I had not gotten my second order yet and that I just wanted a refund. They assured me that the order was coming and that they would go ahead and send out another order.

I finally got them to confirm that they would give me a refund after many attempts by them to send me another order. I haven't actually gotten my refund credited to my account yet. I will be contacting my credit card company this week if VerityPharma hasn't done the refund.
My experience with this company was a nightmare and I can't believe that these people are getting away with this.
