Mygirldress.com Flower Girl Dress Rip Off in

I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter from mygirldress.com. Using their sizing chart, I chose the size that should have been appropriate for my daughter. When we received the dress, I tried it on my daughter and found that it was too small for her to wear (can't even zip it up).
I looked up the exchange policy at mygirldress.com which says you must contact them within 24 hours of receipt in order to get an authorization # for exchange. You cannot exchange without this number. What they don't tell you is that NO ONE WILL EVER CONTACT YOU with that authorization # that you need!
All I wanted was a dress that fit my daughter. If their sizing chart wasn't WRONG on the website, this never would have happened. Now I have a dress I can't use and no way to return it. Of course there is NO PHONE NUMBER on the website, either. Now I know why.
What a rip off!!!
