Ivanstills False advertising of gem Retail quality, doesn, t pay private customers when selling their gems

This web site http://stores. Ebay.com/The-Stone-Giant? _rdc=1 falsely advertises the gems he sells to appraise for $1,500 pr/ct Retail. I have been after him for over a year to change his advertising, but to no avail.

After purchasing five Emeralds (5) from Ivan, having them appraised by a GIA certified Appraiser... Much to my shock, the gems didn't even appraise for the value I paid for them.

I was told two of the Emeralds were "garbage gems, not even worth the $100 I would have to pay for an Appraisal. Naturally, I sent them back to Ivan immediately and asked for a return or better gem. He complied with two better gems of average quality.

The other three, I sent back to Ivan and asked him to have his Appraiser re-appraise them, re-sell the Emeralds, then send me the funds.
