Cingular-Southwest Bell ripoff Dallas Houston

I was sold a Cingular plan by a representative of Southwest Bell and Cingular would not honor the plan. I expected the first months bill to be about $100 and it was $1100.

I have been fighting these two companies with the help of the BBB and FCC but they do not respond well to consumers.

I have read a number of other complaints similar to mine on this website and I have contacted a legal firm to see if there is grounds for a class action suit. If so, I hope others with similar experinces will join me.
