Be very weary of this so-called Real Estate agent. His practice is completely unethical and he is by far the worst agent we have ever dealt with. From false promises to kickback and pay referral fees to over-inflating property values by request of his inside appraisers, and lack of regard for looking out for the clients' best interests. This man is a snake, a scam-artist, and will tell you anything to get a listing or make a sale, including selling you a property that will drop $100,000 in a matter of a few months. I highly authorize anyone looking into selling or buying real estate to search for any agent other than William Holden.
