I'm an unhappy client when I needed to get monetary deficits because of wait in shipping of files. The files mentioned previously was delivered in the Fedex workplace KAUST Thuwal on 20 February and that I was guaranteed the files is likely to be shipped on 24th Feb. But, the files were shipped on 26th Feb and because of that I've to keep monetary deficits.
