Ripoff via deceptive selling, dishonesty, and refusal to issue refund as agreed, Hope this company is not allowed to continue these business practices

I was introduced to Auction Road as a wholesale source & Auction Business through a popular Job Listing Website. I called their 800#. I told the Sales Rep my interest was a true wholesale source & I expressed some concerns that their prices may not be as competitive as my current sources. I asked if there was a website I could preview & was told no. I was told several times during my questions not to worry since there was a 30 day refund if I didn't like the program.

I received the package over 2 weeks later & saw this was of no value to me. I promptly returned the package & complied with 2 ridiculous conditions that were not disclosed at purchase.

They required me to change my Ebay name & run a new auction with the new name & show proof of that closed auction. Both items were with my return package as well as faxed repetitively. They acknowledged receiving my return package but said they don't examine contents so wouldn't have known if proof was inside. I read the proof page directly from my fax send and verified with rep it was adequate but they denied it being included in the fax. I re-faxed it numerous times.

As a result of this transaction, I was also charged an additional $49 for a legal program that I didn't need & it was misrepresented. I have resolved that issue with the 3rd party involved.

Finally I was told I would be refunded. 1st on 7/24 Robert801 said 7-10 days. Next on 8/19 3-5 days by George611. Next on 8/26
