No customer service, holding deposits, can't contact

Rush Card's website says that you can send (mail) deposits to them and it will be credited to your account in 10 business days. They have been playing games with a deposit I originally mailed to them on January 28th. They didn't like the first check that was sent to them, and now they told me that the deposit would be credited to my account on March 18th. Today's March 18th, and its still not there.

Emails to them since 7:10 A.M. This morning have gone unacknowledged (and I email every hour).

The check that was sent to them has cleared the bank. There is absolutely no reason why they should be holding on to this.

If you're thinking about a direct deposit card - go somewhere else. These people lie and have no concept of customer service. My next steps are to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
