US Bank
Excessove overdraft fees because accounts are not credited when deposits are made ripoff

Business & Finance

US Bank has a policy that when you make a deposit (even a cash deposit) your account is only credited for $100.00 until the next business day. For example, I made a deposit on February 20, only $100.00 was credited to my account. I assumed that the remaining deposit would be credited on February 21 - WRONG!

My account was not credited until February 22, since February 21 was a normal banking day for transactions, by February 22, US Bank charged me $170.00 in overdraft fees even though I had enough money in the bank to cover everything.

Anyone who made a deposit at any US Bank on Friday February 17, their accounts were not properly credited until February 22. This is not the first time US Bank has done this. They are specifically set up to rip off the bank customer and help the businesses each customer has an account with. When people make a deposit, accounts should be credited immediately.
