I bought a Love Seat and Sofa from Seamons Furniture on 1-12. I also bought a 5 year warranty on this Furniture the same date. Not until now 9-30-03 did I have a use for it. Called this date with all info needed and was denied.

I informed the Rep named Bobbie over the phone that my kids spilled either food or drink on the couches. He continued to ask which was it. I continued to tell him it was food or drink. He then stated that it was unknown substance and denied my claim??? Food and drink are both covered under the warranty. There isnt a difinition of Unknown on the warranty and Bobbie agreed with me after I read all that was not covered on the warranty but stated he could not do anything about it because the claim was denied.
