You canceled my orders - gems cancelled my order for no reason

I placed 2 orders for on sale items this am 11/28/09 got confirmation numbers, monies were capture frommy account, and you cancelled my orders, how can you legally do this, these prices were on the web on each item as sale prices, how can you take that back legally. I also got e mails thanking me for my orders with items and prices listed. I have been a good customer, why are you doing this???
