Smoke on sale took my money & never delivered my cigarette orders

I have placed several orders since June with Smoke on Sale.com. Orders came as expected until the last 4 orders I placed starting Oct 22. That order was for $168; Order placed on Oct 29 was for $168; order placed on Oct 29 was for $168; order placed on Nov 2 was for $336; and last order was placed on Nov 16 for $336. I have not received any of these orders. Since I had been ordering since June I felt this was a safe site. Smoke on Sale is not responding to my requests for either my orders or to refund my money. I have repeatedly requested to speak with an individual. I have never been able to speak to anyone - all I get is an automated answering machine that states that they are busy and will return my call. I have called at least 22 times, sent numerous emails requesting what the problem is. I have dates, and numbers of my orders and the bank statements showing order and processing withdrawals from my debit card.

I need and want to pursue this to the fullest extent. This company needs to be put out of business. Thank you for your support and any help you are able to furnish me will be greatly appreciated.
