2CO 2checkout scam, stole money

The 2checkout or 2co are the worst nightmare a merchant can have.
We have maintained a 0% charge back for 3 years with our previous payment gateway... We were starting a new company so we needed a fast payment gateway to process a client of the old company just so we can get a new account with our previous payment gateway in 30 or 45 days or so...
We first searched for similar businesses with them and we found few... A partner who worked with them recommended them... Sowe paid the 49.9 registration fee and sent an invoice to one of our clients... That client paid and we did deliver the order...
Our account was open for selling but not to get paid... Until we provide them with legal papers and documentation.
We spent few hours preparing and scanning what they need to send them. When we did, they asked us to send them the ID's of all our shareholders... We are a joint stock company, we currently have 45 shareholder, so we asked them to accept we send them the IDs of our authorized persons to sign or we can just file with them with our old company who had only three shareholders... Or we can just file individually... So we can get paid... As we were getting back to our old payment gateway (cheaper and more personal customer support)...
They did not want to listen and they informed us that our account was suspended, they first hold our account and when we contacted them objecting... They just (claimed) refunded what the client has paid us for a delivered service...
The problem is not only with the amount they said they refunded (and they provided no proof) but it is with our reputation with that client!
They did not listen, refused to find a solution, they just don't care and they are evil... The got too big too fast evil kind of businesses!
Working with them will be a nightmare... Just search the net for their name next to scam and you see how many bad reviews they have!
They stole lots of money for many merchants! We are just glad it was one client and we have other alternatives... in all cases, we are preparing to file a case with the BBB we suggest you do the same and do the effort of posting a review too!
