Providing Cover & Processing Transactions For Counterfeits from China

Www.2checkout.com, also using www.2co.com is a middle-man payment transaction company. They are used by at least one company in China (PVM Games) to sell counterfeit products.

Within 24 hours of my purchase I tried to cancel it. Then, again, a week later. Www.checkout.com had no problem processing my payment but when it came to cancelling or refunding it they played the shell game saying I had to go to PVM Games even after I pointed out they are in China, have no other US contact info. (other than 2checkout) and wouldn't respond to me. No further response, 2checkout simply 'closed' out my request as if it had been settled.

When the product (a Nintendo DSi) failed worked altogether within less than a month I shipped it to Nintendo for repairs and they responded by affirming it was a counterfeit and therefore could not be repaired. I'm still waiting for a further response from 2checkout.com
