Complete ripoff new vendors beware they will steal your money!

Hi, i was a registered vendor with 2checkout.com for only about 2 months but in that time i was ripped off by 2checkout and my companies policies were thrown out the window by them.

Here is quick example of what to expect.

If a customer phones to complain about something to 2checkout you wont get an email from 2checkout saying something needs to be resolved. NO, what they do is freeze your merchant account so you cannot accept payments or even get paid what your owed for that week. Then what they do while your account is frozen they will phone every single customer you have had asking them if they were satisified with our service. What right do they have to conduct this? This has nothing to do with them, they are a payment gateway not a customer service follow up team hired by our company. And of course if you have dissatisfied customers on that list they phone do not expect them to ask you to resolve those issues, they just automatically refund thsoe customers behind your back without even telling you first to resolve it yourself. And with all the money 2checkout holds per sale in case of chargebacks under the "held" section dont expect them to use it for chargebacks as they indeed keep that money for themselves as i have not been returned it. What they do is just refund customers right out of your payment your expecting that week, so if you have employees waiting to be paid for your company every week expect to be jipped on the payment they give you. If your company also has a guarantee in place for your product you might aswell just can that idea if your planning to work with 2checkout because it wont even be a factor as any customer can just phone them and they will refund them the money right behind your back without telling you first to resolve the issue.

Also once they started refunding customers without telling us first they also secretly raised my "held reserve" level to 20% instead of the 5% were it was at previously. So basically they try every way to get more money out of you while you are with them.

If you are a new company and your looking for a checkout or a payment gateway do not even bother with this company or you will get soaked for everything you have in fees and unauthorized chargebacks. So basically 2checkout will be running your company, into the ground that is.
