Worst customer service and deceitful selling tactics

I've bought a mattress in Bed property in Oakland Park, FL and also the salesperson assured in my experience that my mattress has ten years warranty, and thirty days assure, after I got the mattress, per day I recognized anything was wrong withit, after I requested to obtain the mattress back, store-manager from the title Joe stated he'd substitute the mattress, of course if in a few months easily didn't such as the mattress, he'll change it again, but he explained they can not substitute me a mattress with warranty, therefore the salesperson lied and offered me a bed without guarantee, today in a couple of months my bed appear to drain so when I found request an upgraded when I was guaranteed, the supervisor first stated he'll provide me a credit he then transformed his brain and explained that I'm caught using the bed of course if I don't abandon the shop, he'll contact a police. I've never been handled thus badly or experienced so fraudulent marketing techniques.
