Price/lack of service/no call backs

Past many years cost each shipping was crazy, after I named to protest they'd reasons -sorry pc mistake, you're a recognised client you'll get lower-rate etc. This past year I obtained a 700.00 credit on a single bill. This season I named multiplle occasions to get a shipping, was informed I'd obtain a discounted with no one actually arrived. I quit communications, never obtained a call-back.

Today I changed businesses and also have their 500 gal container resting in my own

Garage! I've simply named - AGAIN, seeking it's eliminated, and was informed, you'll be named quickly, we shall deliver a note FOR YOUR servicer. Obviously, I stay with no call-back...

I really donot understand what occurred, I've been a person for 15 years, and instantly there's no support and price gouging.
