My partner visited Aspen Dental in Belle Vernon, PA like a new individual, like a recommendation from his insurance, Aetna. He'd an abscessed origin which was handled and eliminated with a good dentist. Subsequently, at checkout period, he was requested to pay for $51.80. He settled it, but asked it and was informed, "that's your copay". We subsequently named Aetna whom mentioned our co-pay is $18.00, not really a penny more, and examined around our advantages, and when we obtain our EOB (clarification of benefits from Aetna) to phone or display Aspen to get a return. Well, we subsequently obtained a statement from Aspen for ONE MORE $207.20!!! We instantly named Aetna to again evaluate the EOB and he or she named Aspen Dental to examine it together. Latoya (AN ENORMOUS support!) then informed me Aspen might have a Biller consider the expenses and EOB and also to call-back in 5 times. Well, I simply named Aspen and talked with Sue who had been NO support whatsoever. I had been informed it had been being "looked over" from the biller to clear the "distress" and that I would need to delay. (obviously, they did not need to watch for the $51.80!) I asked to consult with the "biller" and was informed I'd need to contact them back. Obviously, I questioned just how long this method might consider and was informed "I actually donot understand" after which requested Sue how quickly must I call-back and was informed "perhaps in a few days?" If this isn't solved by Aspen, I'll document a with Aetna, and so forth till I've it solved. I also advised Sue at Aspen that I had been owed $33.80. Hmmmm... I wonder how quickly I'll observe that!!!
