Team never showed

Three months before, I named to create an appt for installing of my television along with my hearth. I planned the appt for 5/9. On 5/6 at 10:22am I receive an email, not even a phone call, that the tech that surveyed my room, hurt his leg, so another crew would be coming. Nicely on 5/9 no crew arrived. I named at 1pm one-hour after my planned appt, and obtained the answering maching declaring these were assisting a customer, and also to abandon a note plus they might contact you back, and so I did. No-call by 2, quit another concept. At 3:30 I named again, quit a next concept telling them when I actually donot get a call-back ASAP I'll stop my purchase. I obtained a contact immediately, declaring they wouldn't be arriving, and questioned when they might reschedule, and oh incidentally the cost will be the same. Not really a discount due to their problem, nothing. I had been mad! I instantly published back and informed them to stop my purchase. They replied by declaring sorry. TRULY, sorry! I have a day-off from function, plus they do not show. I'dnot send these men to anybody. I actually donot actually believe they're a legit organization. If you should be considering choosing men do not!!!
