Don't work with light-in-the-container!

I requested an Anime outfit out of this organization, paid additional for that bundle that involved the corresponding slippers; involved FREE Delivery. Once the bundle came, slippers were lacking (declined by US Practices), and advantages required $20.75 for delivery costs (broker costs? Since the deal originated from China).

Advantages informs me if LITB had requested another delivery/payment technique, I'd not be been charged the additional $20.75.

After I attempt to contact LITB, i get an unmaned telephone # (no voice-mail, simply "call-back later). Once the purchase was positioned, I obtained a contact from my "customer support representative", I attempted to make contact with him. Their response: contact LITB!

LITB claims they'll deliver fresh slippers —what good-will that?! When the first set were declined by traditions, I am sure the 2wnd set is likely to be too! Plus they did not say a term concerning the advantages shipping costs.

Advantages has be considered a bit ticked down aswell, whilst the driver explained evidence of these delivery costs could be online, through the following number. There's no such evidence. Its consumed me many telephone calls and numerous exchanges to obtain something from advantages —everybody I spoke to there claims there's nothing open to evidence this was charged in my experience which I settled it. Just how can a large company. Like advantages not have the ability to produce an account due to their delivery costs?! I eventually got a screen-shot of the costs. But from what I Have find out about LITB, I doubt that's likely to assist. Seems like I am just SOL.
