How do I know when the package will arrive and I'm expected to wait all day to receive the package? This is rediculous!!! They should call the person and tell them when they are arriving so that we can be at home or arrange for someone to sign the paper to receive the package. It does not make sense for us to go and pick the package from location. It is pointless to do online shopping when it is not delivered to door step.
