Pottery Barn
Charged $68 to exchange a damaged nightstand

Shops, Products, Services

To begin with, my spouse and that I invested over $4000 on the room collection from PB. To renounce the shipping costs for the nightstands we determined we'd buy them straight in the shop. Whenever we got the nightstands house and unwrapped, one of these was badly broken. PB asked-no concerns when returning it, but billed us one more $68 to-order a brand new one because they had no further in-stock.

That Is absurd - the client shouldn't be billed extra just because a shop doesn't have a product in-stock. Unfortunatly we'd no additional choice than to pay for the extra profit order to accomplish our room collection. I really like PB furniture, but unfortunalty WOn't ever buy something from their website again.

I'm writing to their primary office to tell them of the problem. They deserve the best to understand the main reason they're dropping a legitimate client.
