Very over charged for a towing bill

My vehicle was in a hit and run at approx. 1130pm this tow driver show up before the police. He said to me you going need a tow? I said yes. When i asked what was it going to cost me I was told we just bill your insurance, Then he asked for my insurance card. I asked that the car be take to my home. I then asked again how much is this going to cost me. I was told again we just bill your insurance co. When I got home i noticed my car was not at my house and I look at the received and noticed the cost was over 700.00. I call the tow company that Sat morning asked where was my car i was told it was in their yard. I was then told I could not get my car until monday. I then told the female subject that i need my car today and I was very much so over charge and i was going to call the BBB she then said let me call you back. After calling me back she told me that I could have someone come get my car. I asked what about the cost. Told me someone what call me back. Never got a call. A tow for 755.00.
