he was extremely rude and combative, accusation and hostile, I explained what happened to my vehicle and even told him I had a picture of the machine out in the road, very rudly he even ask for my insurance so that he may file a claim against me for hitting the cart instead he said. He said i could have hit kids and ask me if i had insurance or if I am a licens driver, he is attempting to strong arm me. A car moving machine in the middle of the road can only have been loose from somewhere, no one was attending to it at the time of the incident. If this is Wal-Mart attempt to scare off people with legitimate claims it is sad... I am going to address this matter with a lawyer and the News media... Its the principle... This is very very disturbing... I am floored by Wal-Mart’s handling of this matter... It do not matter if this "Claims Management INC" is a contractor or part of your organization... This is classic classic disassociation and strong arm tactics... Mr Vernon
