Confirmed tax fraud in Florida called department of revenue have never paid taxes and never registered in Florida

Tax Evasion and Fraud Confirmed In Florida.

The Florida Department of Revenue was contacted just this morning. Their statewide database was checked by tax authorities to see if Scrap In A Snap Enterprise, LLC was ever registered or has ever paid their state sales taxes that they have been collecting from their consultants in Florida for years and years. Big surprise, they have never been and are not registered.

The search was done by company name, federal tax ID number, owners name, other key employees name, etc. They couldn't find any matches whatsoever. They are now opening up an investigation on this fraudulent company. Florida is one of the largest states in the country and I'm sure a significant amount is owed to the Florida treasury.

If you are a consultant that is located in Florida, beware of what this fraudulent company is doing with your money.

If you are a consultant anywhere else in the US, please contact your state at once. It is probable that they have not registered themselves or are current on taxes in any state. From what others have written, there is no proof that this company has ever paid any taxes to any of the fifty states in the US. If this is the case, it's only a matter of time before they will be forced to pay or shut their doors.
