CIC Credit ripoff cancelled 3 times still charging my visa

Online I requested a free credit report in 2001. I was told I could cancel anytime. I called and cancelled 2 weeks after. One year later, my Visa account was charged $79.95 for an annual fee.
I called and cancelled again in 2002.

Now, it is 2003 and again my account was charged a $79.95 annual fee. I immediately called my bank and requested a new card. Then I called CIC and was told I never cancelled my account. Lie, lie, lie. Someone by the name of Chuck, told me my account would be cancelled this time. It probably won't but at least they won't be able to charge my account again. I have learned nothing is ever Free.
