Incorrect delivery, poor company

Never use the corporation! I purchased plants, plus they sent them 2 wks in the day I required shipping. After I named them to check out up, they assured me they'd re-provide about the proper day and follow up with me. I am the main one who'd to complete the next up, plus they hadn't re-sent about the proper day. As a whole I'd to contact 4 occasions to check out up about the purchase as well as talked to some boss who once more assured me anything could be fixed plus they might follow-up. You know what - no-follow up. At this time I am so disappointed I cannot actually contact them again since its simply too annoying! I've never handled a business that's therefore inexperienced!
