Very disappointed at the lack of communication - not very proactive - and the inability to follow through on their commitment to expedite my orde

I put an order for $99. Of product on 12/1/10. I had been informed the purchase could be prepared in one to two times with my promotional code, I'd obtain free UPS delivery. It seems that my purchase wasn't prepared in a regular way, because of setbacks (Black Friday and Internet Monday, per the Roots consultant). Evidently, they did not feel it had been essential to inform customers-they were overcome and were not able to procedure and fulfill purchase position/deliveries. Not getting cargo notice, I named on 12/4 and was guaranteed that using the 'vacation' rush they could be shipping all purchases UPS 2nd morning on Monday, 12/6. The individual I talked with stated she'd make certain this occurred and follow-up together with her boss. Again, not getting delivery notice on Friday, 12/6, I called back on 12/7 to check out up. The individual I talked with supplied a UPS tracking range and stated there is no shipping day and also the support was "FUNDAMENTAL". I inquired what which means and he or she stated she did not understand. A fast Google I would like to realize that advantages Fundamental is UPS Ground to USPS which the shipping time period is 2-6 times - SO MUCH FOR 2ND DAY... I called back and talked having a boss, who assured me my items will be shipped by Friday, 12/10, despite the fact that she could not make sure info by my tracking number. I'm totally confused at how unprepared Origins.com was for that 'rush' and incredibly dissatisfied in the insufficient conversation - not so positive - and also the failure to check out through on the dedication to facilitate my purchase. At this time, I've small wish of getting my purchase by Friday... Allow the buyer beware...
