I purchased plants from Flowers Nowadays for Valentine's 2012. Blossoms Nowadays didn't provide the blossoms. I acquired in soooo much difficulty. Flowers Nowadays didn't apologize, create an effort to right their incorrect but had the gall to provide me $10 down on my next purchase. Mom's Day I requested plants for my mother and my cousin. Our mommy calls me wondering why I did not get her something for Mom's Evening. I told her that I delivered plants to her and my cousin. She explained she did not get any blossoms. Flowers Nowadays directed me a verification notice stating the blossoms were shipped, wow exactly what a business high in liars. Did they not believe I'd discover the blossoms didn't get shipped? No company integrity, strength or problem due to their respected client because they contact me. Our mother really was warm with me. I named customer support a girl responded the telephone and before I really could claim something she stated call-back in 5 minute and put the telephone up! Whoa bad customer support! I called back spoken to a different customer support representative. She was good. I required my money-back and informed her of my experience which I'd never purchase from Flowers Nowadays again. She delivered me a contact apologizing and provided me $10 off my next purchase. There'll never be considered a next purchase to Flowers Nowadays. Blossoms Nowadays can't provide me free plants. Should younot desire to be within the doghouse or have your emotions damage don't actually purchase plants from Flowers Nowadays.
