Ripoff Do not stand by products Require you to contact manufacturer Do not know what is not covered in warranty until item is bought

Bought wide screen tv model #PT-53WX42 Panasonic from Circuit City. After several months noticed fixed imaging on screen. Contacted Circuit City, got run around. Was told to contact Panasonic. Did this and was told by Panasonic that this was not covered under warranty.

If I had known about this would not have bought tv. Case #13005714 with Panasonic. Just me and husband in home. No video games. Being punished for watching War on Iraq and news channels.
